Refund & Return Policy

At Amelia Whitmore, we are committed to offering you a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. While we hope you love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not accept returns for items purchased in multiple sizes with the intent to return most. Please see our Responsible Ordering Policy for details.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be approved via email before being shipped back.

  • A completed return form must be included with your package.

  • Unauthorised or incomplete returns will not be processed.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@amelia-whitmore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the item(s) using a tracked shipping method.
Please note: Our warehouse is located in Asia, and return shipping typically ranges from £15–£30 depending on your location.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs, and we are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll be happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Limitations

  • Items returned used, washed, or damaged beyond factory defects will not be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy standards.

  • Excessive or repeated returns may affect future order eligibility.
